A. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For subscriptions (regular delivery of goods over a defined period), the period begins on the day on which you took possession of the first delivery.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

B. Voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee (up to 90 days)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Viraxe Labs GmbH offers a voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee. This goes beyond your statutory rights and does not limit them in any way.

Conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee

• Applies to first-time buyers and their first order of Viraxe Deepwork. Once per person and household. Does not apply to subsequent subscription deliveries or to a later change of plan.
• Guarantee period from receipt of the goods: 90 days on the 90-day plan (3 tins); 30 days on the 30-day plan and on one-time purchases (1 tin).
• Claim by email to office@viraxe.com within the guarantee period, stating your order number.
• It does not matter how much you have consumed – the guarantee also applies if all tins are empty. No return is required.
• Within 14 days of our confirmation we refund the full purchase price of your first order including standard shipping costs to the original payment method. Free gifts remain with you.
• For subscriptions, the subscription ends with the refund. Subsequent deliveries already shipped and billed are not refunded.
