Would you like to cancel your Deepwork subscription or another ongoing contract with us? Use the form below. You don’t need a customer account and don’t have to log in.

How it works:

  1. Fill in the form and click “Cancel now”.
  2. You’ll immediately see a confirmation that your cancellation has reached us.
  3. We’ll confirm receipt and the date your contract ends by email to the address you provided, without delay.

Good to know: The Deepwork subscription has a minimum term of 3 deliveries (12 weeks). A cancellation within that period takes effect at the first possible date afterwards. If you just want to take a break, you can also pause your subscription or skip a delivery at any time in your customer account.
