Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Austria
  • Germany
  • France
  • Italy

Delivery to other countries (including Switzerland) is currently not available.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Austria and Germany: €4.90 per order
  • France and Italy: €9.90 per order

Free shipping on all orders of €75.00 or more to all delivery destinations.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • Austria and Germany: 2–3 business days
  • France and Italy: 4–6 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. In individual cases (e.g. during high order volumes, holidays or delays by the shipping carrier), delivery may take longer.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

The packaging and shipping of your order is handled by our fulfillment partner:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where available, this will include a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery.

5. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and handed over to the shipping carrier. The delivery times stated above begin from the time of handover to the shipping carrier.

6. Delivery Issues

If your shipment does not arrive within the stated delivery time or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at office@viraxe.com. We will work to find a prompt solution.

7. Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as this is reasonable for the customer. No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries.
